Since childhood, Andy has been fascinated by roads and where it leads people. His fascination became a reality when he graduated from the Fujian University of Technology with a diploma in constructions. After graduation, Andy came to Canada and worked in various reputable paving companies, including Northwest Paving (1987) Ltd and Mancuso Paving Ltd. Andy has worked every job and position, including truck driver, machine operator, job estimator, foreman and job site manager. He developed an intimate knowledgeable on all aspects of paving and gained extensive experience in all types of paving projects. He was personally involved in paving projects such as Brampton Hospital, Sunnybrook Hospital, Bell Canada head office, Durham University as well as municipal road in Scarborough (the roads between Kennedy Road/Eglinton and Lawrence Ave E /Morningside) and municipal roads in King County.

His passion and fascination with paving led him to start his own company, Best Link Paving, in 2011. In just 10 years, Best Link Paving has grown to be one of the most trusted and reputable paving companies in the GTA with almost quadruple in sales

Pat is a veteran of the construction industry with over 20 years of experience. He served as Site Foreman for reputable construction companies in GTA and had been involved in countless concrete projects including municipal projects throughout his illustrious career.
